El PORCELLANIC VI DOLÇ NATURAL 2011 va obtenir 17,5 punts sobre 20 de ROBINSON, i el vi dolç natural 2012 va ser apadrinat per JOSEP ROCA. A més, la revista francesa OMNIVORE el va nomenar millor viticultor de 2020.
Els seus vins es venen en restaurants de renom com EL CELLER DE CAN ROCA, NOMA i DISFRUTAR, amb distribució a 28 països. Producció de 10.000 ampolles anuals.

Working with the principles of regenerative permaculture, without any industrial intervention, Ton applies innovative techniques that include magnets, vibrations, ultrasounds, irradiated colors, and even music to influence the growth and flavor of his wine. Ton Rimbau works with anagrams that reveal the hidden essence of the wine and uses a Lakhovsky antenna to enhance its natural energy.

Every aspect of his work focuses on finding a balance with nature. From the use of healing plants such as horsetail and nettle to homeopathic applications, Rimbau has perfected a unique winemaking practice. Additionally, he uses irradiated colors (orange, blue, red) to send messages to the plants, works with ORMUS (concentrated seawater), and detects the Curry-Hartmann energy lines to avoid their influences and optimize his land and vineyards. Ton thanks the water for its strength before taking it to the vineyards.
