These conditions govern wine purchases made by consumers on tonrimbau.com. Tastings, training and other services require their own conditions, which will be provided before booking.
Only people aged 18 or over may purchase alcoholic beverages. Purchasing alcohol to supply it to minors is not permitted.
Before purchasing, check the wine’s product page, format, vintage, characteristics and availability. Prices are stated in euros and include the applicable taxes shown in the shop. The order summary displays the total amount before you confirm your purchase.
No product or vintage will be substituted without the buyer’s agreement. If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and amounts paid for items that cannot be supplied will be refunded without undue delay, without imposing a store credit.
Select the wines and quantities, review your basket and provide your contact, billing and delivery details. Before completing the purchase, check and correct the details and total amount. You can purchase as a guest without creating an account.
Card payments are processed through the Redsys payment gateway. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Confirming an order entails an obligation to pay. After completing your purchase, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided; keep this message and your order summary. If you do not receive it or notice an error, contact us with details that allow us to identify your purchase.
These conditions are available in Catalan, Spanish and English and can be saved or printed from your browser. You can request a copy of the applicable conditions and your order information from our customer service email address. Subsequent changes will not apply retroactively to purchases already contracted.
Shipping is free for the buyer to all destinations accepted by the shop; Terres RF, SL bears the cost. Deliveries are handled by Cargo Wine SL.
The shop currently accepts orders for Spain, France, Germany, Italy and Malta, provided that the checkout allows the specified address to be selected and served. For other areas or questions about coverage, please contact us before purchasing.
The usual delivery time in mainland Spain is 24 to 48 hours for confirmed and paid orders. For islands and other countries, please enquire about delivery times before purchasing. We will inform you of any issue that may affect delivery. The specific delivery period agreed with the buyer takes precedence.
Unless another period is agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and within the statutory maximum of 30 calendar days from conclusion of the contract. In the event of delay, buyers retain their statutory rights to require delivery and, where applicable, terminate the contract and receive a refund.
The seller bears the risk of loss or damage until physical delivery to the consumer or the person designated by them, subject to statutory exceptions. If a shipment arrives broken, incomplete or with an incorrect product, contact tonrimbau@tonrimbau.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help resolve it. No 24- or 48-hour reporting deadline is imposed that removes the buyer’s statutory rights.
As a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. If a single order is delivered in several parts, this period begins when the last part is received.
Notify us by an unequivocal statement to tonrimbau@tonrimbau.com or in writing to Terres RF, SL, C/ Unió, 9, 08735 Vilobí del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain. You may use the form at the end of this page, but this is not compulsory.
After notifying us of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and within the following 14 calendar days. You can send them to the seller’s address above or contact us to coordinate the return; such coordination is not a requirement for prior authorisation to exercise your right.
The buyer bears only the direct transport cost of a voluntary return. You may arrange a carrier suitable for wine bottles. We do not charge a withdrawal penalty or return handling fee. Protect the bottles with suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Payments received will be refunded, including any initial standard delivery charges. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery option voluntarily selected by the buyer will not be refunded. Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature and characteristics. Opening or consuming the wine may cause such a reduction. The right of withdrawal is not automatically excluded for all wines merely because they are alcoholic beverages; statutory exceptions will apply only where their requirements are met and appropriate information has been provided.
Rights relating to lack of conformity are independent of voluntary returns. If a product arrives broken, does not match the order or lacks conformity, Terres RF, SL bears the transport costs necessary for the applicable statutory remedy. Replacement, price reduction or termination and refund will apply in the circumstances and under the conditions provided by law.
The seller is liable for lack of conformity under the applicable statutory conditions and time limits. These conditions do not restrict consumers’ non-waivable rights.
You can submit enquiries and complaints to tonrimbau@tonrimbau.com or in writing to the address of Terres RF, SL. Include your order number, the facts and the remedy requested. They will be handled within the applicable statutory period. You can also contact the competent public consumer protection authorities.
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection rules applicable to them. The competent courts will be determined in accordance with the law, without requiring consumers to waive their statutory jurisdiction rights.
